The collection also includes correspondence from Paris, Liverpool, Rotterdam, Stockholm, Savannah, Baltimore, Embden, St. Simons, Tybee, Palmetto Grove, Wilmington, N.C., Georgetown, and various inlets. Several letters report on conditions of Hamilton's plantation, including crops and people who are enslaved.
